All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12 PM (noon EST) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. - Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery in 5–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping:
Currently not available. We only ship within the United States at this time.
All deliveries are made via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, based on the delivery location, order size, and selected shipping speed.
- Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent:
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over \$75 (before taxes and after discounts).
For orders below \$75, shipping rates are calculated based on:
Order weight and dimensions
Destination location
Selected carrier and service speed
All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
Your tracking number
Carrier name (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS)
A direct link to track your package
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package has been picked up by the carrier.
- Delivery Issues & Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen: Please contact us immediately. We will help initiate a claim with the carrier and take steps to replace the item where possible.
Damaged in Transit: Kindly email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Additional insurance may be applied to high-value items to ensure peace of mind during transit.

You may request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications due to our processing schedule.
